Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. That’s why we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction.


Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items returned after 14 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Sleeping bags

  • Quick-dry towels

  • Mosquito repellents

  • Opened or used personal gear

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at cartify_online@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.


Refund Policy: Duration & Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

  • Please note: If the item is not in resellable condition, or if it arrives damaged due to improper packaging, a partial refund or denial may apply.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

After Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Custom or Special Orders:
Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.

We will confirm the status and process accordingly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
